Johnesha Monae Perry,20, pushed her own son off a bridge into an eastern Pennsylvanian river before attempting to take her own life.The child, Zymeir Perry was merely 20 months old.Reports say that she kissed the child on the forehead before committing the act.

#2 Why did she do it
When asked about the reason behind this incident officials went on to state that, "the commonwealth does not have the duty to prove motive,we only have to prove the fact."
Neighbors who had seen the mother and the child insisted that the pair seemed quite happy and the child always looked clean and well cared for. After falling 52 feet straight into the water the one year old fought for his life for six days but still lost his life. Coroner Scott Grim who performed the autopsy on the body ruled the manner of death homicide.The mother,who got away with a broken arm, is under surveilance at the hospital. The authorities have charged Perry with murder, they have many eyewitnesses to testify against the accused in court. The mother plans on making an insanity plea in court. Her lawyers went on to state that the 20 year old suffered from many mental infirmities' - including paranoid schizophrenia and delusional disorder.
