The video was shot over a year ago, but the incredible clip has resurfaced in the last few weeks and become an online sensation, amassing over 2.2 million views on Facebook. In this 1 minute video he performs the Mexican song Besame Mucho.Wood has been performing throughout the South for several decades, with one of his most recent performances being October 4.
Wood has released several albums over the years, including one titled Plays It Cool. He was inducted into the Southern Legends Country Music Hall of Fame in 2007
