#3 Wildlife
Globalization is no secret in today's era. With globalization comes deforestation. Human population has been growing ever since the first of us took birth and we are a global civilization today. It all happened because we cut down square miles of forests to raise our buildings.
Wildlife habitat encroachment had thus begun and is in full swing today. Spotting a leopard in suburban neighborhoods is no biggie today. In fact, there have been incidents of wild animals attacking human settlements that happen to be near forests. In such a setting, you might only imagine how difficult it is for animals who had their home stolen from them. What happened with this baby elephant and his Mom is heart wrenching. #2 The Scene
An 8 month old calf was stuck in a shallow well with his mom. Mommy elephant, not being able to find a way out, was clearly agitated. Luckily, the Trust got word of the situation and sent two jeeps to check out the situation. After quite a while of clever pulling, they had done it.
They were out and free. Back to the joyous nonchalant way of life that they have always lived. There are very few things cuter than a baby elephant running towards his mom - don't miss this one! Continue reading for the video.
