#3 Here's What Happened
Little Josiah was playing around just like the other kids. There was just one childcare emploee in the room to look after all the kids. And it just so happens, she had to change a baby's diaper.
Here's the big mistake. She had her back turned to the children while changing the baby's diaper. Josiah, while apparently playing, slammed his head into a table and passed out.
Shocked? What happened next will leave you absolutely stunned...
#2 Unbelievable!
Now you'd expect such an event to catch everybody's attention. But that's not what happened.
WITN reports that Josiah lay unconscious for several minuted before the daycare worker even noticed him. Other children had completely surrounded him and despite that, she didn't turn around.
As you'd ecpect, there were very severe consequences for Children's Castle.
#1 The Consequences
Children's Castle Childcare Center director Stephanie Williams reportedly apologized to Tiffany Cole, Josiah's mother about the entire fiasco. Cole claims nobody at the daycare center even bothered to call her to inform her about her child's injury. Williams also admitted that the state Department of Health and Human Services is conducting an investigation
Needless to say, the daycare employee was fired. But do you think what happened was right? Maybe it wasn't her fault and the director should have appointed another person to look after so many children. Or maybe she could have changed the baby's diaper with her head facing the kids.
