According to a study published by the University of Texas, Aistin, in Evolution and Human Behavior, men do indeed find women with curves more attractive! Not much of a shocker, was it?
Pop psychology has been saying it for a while and people have been hearing it. So you might already know that men prefer curves, but what kind of curves, really, you're only about to find out.
Time To Find Out
If you're a lady, you'd assume better curves mean bigger breasts and butts. But check this - in acutuality, the study revealed that when researchers presented 100 men with photos of women’s bodies, each having different angled spine curvature, the men found the women with the more prominent spine curve more attractive.
Didn't see it coming, did you?
A follow-up study was conducted at Bilkent University, to see if the men actually preferred bigger boobies or just backs with a 45.5 degree spine curvature. Don't take your reading hat off just yet.

The Result
Our dear men preferred the lady with the more prominent spine curvature (and, oh you guessed it) regardless of the butt size.
You're not the first one to be shocked.
The Conclusion
The Researchers have concluded that these findings indicate a biological preference that is hard coded in our genes! The women with the optimal spine curves were more apt to carry the weight of a baby during pregnancy, and therefore, make more suitable mates.
So men don't always think with their willy.
"Men who preferred these women would have had mates who were better able to provide for fetus and offspring, and who would have been able to carry out multiple pregnancies without injury," Lewis said in the UT press release.
