#4 False Advertising
Donald Flemming is a 31 year old man who lives in Massachusetts, is going to sue Golden Corral Corporation for 2 million dollars for its false advertising.
According to Donald the restaurant gave an advertisement of buffet which said that -ALL YOU CAN EAT. But it was fake.
#3 Mistreatment
According to witnesses, Flemming was expelled from the restaurant after he ate 50 to 70 pounds of food. He was literally pushed out of the restaurant by its employees.

#2 Deeply Hurt
Mr Flemming told the reporters that he does not visit restaurants frequently. He further stated that he had the worst experience at Golden Corral.
Although the restaurant staff did not use any abusive language but they kicked him out of the restaurant while he was still hungry.
#1Compensation
The restaurant management instantly issued a press release stating regret on the part of the manager. It further offered compensation for Mr. Flemmings damage.
Mr Flemming admitted that he was offered compensation but he feels that he can get ever more if he approaches the court. The first hearing of this case is scheduled on 7 March at Springfield District Court.
