Netherlands was the first one to do accept the law in 2001, followed by Belgium, Canada, Spain, Sweden, Mexico, England and most recently, the U.S.A.

Marijuana has many medical properties, like it serves as the best medicine to kill cancer cells.
This drug is very much popular in India, and is available in many cities. But the dealers sells it through an underground network.
If the drug is legalized in India it will be a tax commodity, and will help those who are suffering from abuse.
#11 To make marital rape is illegal.
Rape is the fourth most common crime against women in India. There are very strong laws made by our constitution, but still doesn't recognize marital rape as a criminal offence. Many silly reasons has been passed in its defense. This needs to be changed.
Sweden is only one of the many countries where this offence is criminally punishable by death.
#10 Requirement of politicians.
There should be some amount of strictness in the Indian politics.
In Singapore and Canada Persons convicted with a criminal offence and who have been in a prison term over a year are disqualified from contesting or not allowed to take part in any political matter apart from voting.

Prostitution is one of the growing business in the country, but unfortunately its not ligalised.
Legalising prostitution would greatly reduce sex trafficking, would make sex workers safer, would be a substantial source of tax revenue.

Child labour means work that is prohibited for children of certain age groups. We have laws regarding child labour, but these laws are not very clear and easily neglected in our country.
We should take example of country like Germany, and also other nations where child labour laws are made so stringent and practiced so strictly.

In India minimum age for marriage is 18, but for consuming alcohol the minimum age is 25. (except goa) Why is so?
Reducing minimum drinking age will give youngster a chance of trusting their own body limits and will make them responsible.
#6 Freedom of speech.
India has far weaker freedom of speech protections than the United States. In fact, almost no country protects freedom of speech to the extent of United States law.
In India, It is not just the government that doesn't understand the value of freedom of speech, but also the Common Man of our country.
#5 Limits to labour laws.
There should be a certain space between our professional life and our personal life. Does your boss tells you to work late at night till 2am? Even though you feel obligated to work, it is most common thing in Indian scenarios.
The government of France stepped into the professional arena and helped its citizens separate their work and personal lives.
#4 Right to free education.
India provides free primary education to all children. But, the quality of education given at government institutions are questionable.
Czech Republic, is one of many countries which provides free education having a well-defined parameters of what constitutes a complete and rounded education. That is what India needs.
#3 Right to natural light.
One is not allowed to built a new structures if they obstruct an existing structure's access to natural light. Thats the 'Right to Light.'
Its so awesome that their government is thinking about the importance of natural light in the peoples lives.
#2 Eco-friendly measures.
A very revolutionary idea to keep the planet green. In France it has been compulsory that the roof tops of any structure should be covered with garden or solar panel.
With the increasing level of air pollution in India this measure must be undertaken.
#1 Cleaning up after pets.
So you walking on the street and you accidentally stepped in a poop, well it happens in India with most of them. Now, it may belong to many animals walking on the street. But, what if the pet owners decided to clean it by themselves? Thats good idea to keep our roads clean.
In Australia and many other countries this law has been made compulsory to follow.
