While cleaning the room you will be amazed what I found. It was a pregnancy test and guess what,it turned out to be positive. No need to search for the doctor though as the secret is revealed.
#11 Secret galore
I can keep secrets but for a hidden cost. Even the supervisor needs his secrets to be hidden and when the secrets are like these one cannot do anything but to pay a cost and wow I had free lunch that day.
#10 Showering in the room
As housekeeper there are times when I used to shower in the rooms which I cleaned myself. Interesting though but it was amazing experience never the less. Must try for every housekeeper.
#9 Already clean
As a housekeeper,while the room was already clean, I prefer not to put in extra efforts to again clean the room. Why to waste energy and time when the room and sheets are already looking clean. Do not tell this to my supervisor though or else I will be in trouble.
#8 Efficient enough
I was quite efficient of all the housekeepers. My boss was quite happy as I used to clean offices in a big building so efficiently that my boss was praiseworthy of me. But actual secret is that I used to clean the offices by 7 am and then I used to sleep in my closet for the rest of the day.
#7 Mocked being housekeeper
I take pride being a housekeeper. Whoever mocked us do not know the amount of hard work that goes behind the work a servant does. I would prefer being a servant rather than being unemployed and homeless. Atleast,I am earning on myself and is not dependent on others.
#6 Saving the day
Sometimes,I can save the day for you. I did this one day when I saved a man from being thrashed by his wife. I saved a man by saying that it is very grateful of him that he found my bracelet which I lost yesterday in front of his wife. Though the bracelet belonged to his girlfriend.
#5 Detective servants
Servants are good detectives as can be evidenced by their experiences. They will tell where you had sex based on your hand prints and the mess created by you in the room. Beware while you do such acts as housekeepers are after you.
#4 Timepass while working
Sometimes I too entertain myself with my favorite shows on TV while cleaning the room. I enjoy watching TV and can clean the rooms simultaneously. It increases my efficiency. Others can try it too but make sure you clean the room properly with focus.
#3 Not a good gesture
It happens sometimes that people forget what they are referring to. Even I have feelings though I am a servant. People often forget that we are humans and it is better not to play with our feelings.
#2 Utilisation of time
Sometimes, I have to show to my client that I am working for long hours so much so that I try to waste time by playing with the child toys and light sabers. Interesting ideas though.
#1 Learn a lot
I have learnt a lot about our clients without even having a conversation with them.Sometimes, just the sixth sense works and sometimes past experiences helps.
