Bathing in an ice-hole
Maybe it will sound crazy but people in this country believe in taking bath by diving into an ice hole in the month of January. They do this because they believe that it cleans their sins and body and also their spirit.
It's cold but they still enjoy
In Russia the temperature falls down to −86° F (-30° C). Despite of such cold weather they don't hide and sit inside their homes. They come out and enjoy the weather and have lots of fun.
Russia is the land of astonishing nature.
There is a gigantic lake in Seberia , it is the pride of Russia. The name of the lake is Baikal. The length of the lake is 600 km and it is the most cleanest and deepest lake on Earth.
Their Timepaas
They don't have to get bored while waiting for the cops after any issue takes place regarding snow or any other thing. They can just pass their time by playing with the snow. They can make snowman or anything they like.

This is the architecture of Russia's metro station. It looks very eye catching and it is one of the most attractive metro station of the world.
Maslenitsa
They celebrate Maslenitsa at the end of the winter. They celebrate it in the month of March, i.e in the first week for seven days. They bake pancakes which is like hot sun as it is round in shape and yellow in colour and they also ride horses and walk in traditional costumes.
Sprite in Russia.
The Sprite in Russia is not the ordinary one which we all can get in out respective countries . It is quite amazing to see that they have cumber flavored Sprite in their country, which is actually rare to find in any other country.
Red caviar
Red caviar is the most common and favorite food eaten in Russia during their new year. People love that so much that some even dress like it.
Murmansk region
The polar lights in the Murmansk region looks so attractive and beautiful during the night. It can easily mesmerize anybody.
The Statues
In the 18th century, Sweden and Russia both the countries were each other's biggest enemy and so in both the countries the Statues of their respective kings, Bronze Horseman who ruled Russia and Charles XII who ruled Sweden are made in such a way that both the statues are pointing at each other's country to show their rivarly.
