People actually thought Wagner was crazy when he brought a $8300 Aqua Dam all the way from Texas to Louisiana. But when Texas faced a horrible flood, this Aqua Dam proved miraculous! It actually saved his home from the flood.

The 30'' tall tube of this giant aqua dam can be filled with water to hold back flood water. Hence, when the flood came, the water level reached to 27'' but still wasn't able to break the barrier!
Wagner says that "I was the crazy guy. Everybody was kinda, y'know, goin' by laughing at me. But today they're really impressed with this."
