The parents here are out of their senses due to some heavy dosage of chemical drugs. In the video, you can clearly see that this couple is sloshed on dangerous amount of Heroin.
While the parents were down on the floor and completely unresponsive, the kids were live on Facebook and shared this with the entire world. It is unclear where this footage was taped but many believe the family comes from a southern state in the United States due to their southern accents.
