#3 'Glow All Night' Lanes

Polish bikers have found a muse in their new 'Glow All Night' bike lane. In Poland, the amazing night rides are about to get more awe striking, courtesy to the new radiating solar powered bike lanes.

In Mazury, Poland, the government has taken this initiative of increasing the safety of bike rides at night, and also making bike riding a more enjoyable experience. Wanna know how it works?

#2 Synthetic Material

The lanes that glows all night uses a synthetic material phosphor that stores energy during the day and lights up during the night making the lanes glow bright blue and clearly visible to both biker and the driver. Now this is a very efficient use of solar energy.

This material is also used in your Plasma televisions and Cathode Ray Tubes. The future of this project depends on the cost of this project and also on how long does the phosphor lasts before losing its charge. The concept was first introduced by Netherlands.

Keep reading ahead to see what is different in Netherlands lane.

#1 The Project In Netherlands

The Van Gogh path in the Netherlands uses LED lights lightened up using solar charges, whereas the swirling effects were incorporated using light-collecting paint.

This is very different from what the lane in Poland uses.
