The Censorship
Read, watch or hear, the media we are exposed to these days is scrutinised for all sorts of derogatory and explicit content. Right from the movies, we watch to the songs we listen to, there is a regulatory body given the authority to classify all media (including reading material!) and make it suitable for appropriate age groups saving us from deadly exposure to sensitive media.
The Social Media
Currently, censorship plays a very crucial role in what we get exposed to via the various sources of media. Just how much of saving do we need? – that question has been a dilemma since social media has unlocked the back door to the censorship closet.
The Restriction On Ad
It is a known fact that censorship safely contains the level of gore, violence and sexual content affecting us psychologically when watching television, listening to music or even reading, with explicit scenes and foul language being cut, muted or edited. Although it’s a blessing when children or parents are around, censorship does at times tend to cut the wrong things at the wrong time.
But you can watch it ahead
Often, the cut scenes are the ones that might have been the high point of a movie or the censored lyrics might have completely changed the meaning of a song hence taking away from the reason why it was created in the first place. All in all, with great desire for media comes great censorship, we must accept it or just get CENSORED.
