Crying is good for your eyes. Your tears work as cleansing agent for your eyes. But that doesn't gives you the license of crying every now and then. Crying is a natural part of humanity and we all do it sometimes. It is a quick release for our emotions but it is not the natural reaction in most situations.
Crying is appropriate at certain times and also inappropriate.
Just in case you're not sure, here are some times when crying is an appropriate reaction: During immense pain or a stressful situation. After the death or harm of a loved one. Losing something that meant a lot to you. The birth of a child. After reading the final Harry Potter book (because it was so amazing and now it's over.) After watching the final episode of Lost (because you can't get the 6 seasons of your life back. These are probably mostly angry tears.) Graduation, a wedding, a job promotion or some other life-changing accomplishment. However if you find yourself crying at things like a Starburst commercial, not having the correct change for a drink from a vending machine or nothing at all, you should probably see a doctor.

This is one of the most dangerous problems for human. Breathing problem can be very dangerous. pumping yourselves up after running a mile or two is very normal. It's when you have trouble breathing while resting that you should see this as a problem. It's a good idea to visit a respiratory therapist and get checked for asthma.

#1 Losing Hair
Almost all of us, see this as a nightmare. No one in this world wants to look bald. And mind you, this is a very dangerous problem. When you go to brush your hair, if more than a few strands show up in the brush, it's probably time to worry. If the next time you go to braid your hair, all of those sections fall out when you pull on them, you should probably see a doctor.
