When Dr Harold found the really expensive Bugatti inside the garage, they have gone deep into the historical background of the old classic. They came to know about the original owner of the car who was an aristocrat and Member of Parliament in 1930 with the name as Francis Burzon, 5th Earl Howe.

After the member of Parliament, Bugatti was then transferred to many hands in between the period of 1930 to 1955, when finally in 1960 it was taken into custody by Dr Harold Carr. Despite the expired license, Dr Harold kept the car in his garage, because it was a rare piece of invention.
