Eggs are one of the most consumed food item universally. We all are accustomed to those little oval brittle things that we boil or well, do whatever with them!
We all know how they are produced. Not that we have to get into the entire mechanism, it is a natural process that everyone is aware of. But these are normal eggs we are talking about. What about the not so usual eggs?
#4 Long Eggs
With unusual, we mean long eggs. Now long eggs are not very normal, are they? Now obviously, no animal in this world produces eggs in this shape. So how are they produced?
Let's just say that the procedure of forming these eggs is not long but very complicated.

#3 The Separation
So firstly, the eggs are opened and divided into two halves. With the help of machine, the white portion and the egg yolk are separated.
#2 Filling With The Yolks
Next up, you remove the inner form of the egg and the egg yolk is filled in these holes. The egg yolk is then boiled in a beaker till it becomes hard.

After the yolk becomes hard, the production is completed by packing the eggs. After this, you freeze the eggs on a very low temperature (obviously). The process can be completely dependent on the machines or on man power.
