He is a hero!
This teacher saw her student pedalling down the road on his bike, the teacher noticed that something seemed off! What he told her, amazed her and made her call him a hero!

He looked stressed
The little boy, Cameron was the student and he was not just pedalling down the road for fun, but he had something serious that made him look stressed.

He tried calling 911
Cameron's father was a diabetic and sometimes his condition would leave him suffering, which is why Cameron tried to call his neighbours but they weren't home. He also tried to call 911 but his father's phone was locked.

Saving his father
He was seeking help but he didn't know anyone nearby, which is why he decided to go to his grandmother for help who lived miles away. Despite big trucks and cars passing on the roads, he gathered the courage to ride on the road, with the sole motto, to save his father.

Keller Sutherland
Thankfully, Keller Sutherland, was on her way home, from the Ellen Woodside Elementary School where she worked. She spotted her former student and was worried, about him, as the road was crowded with vehicles.

He was calm in the drastic situation
She immediately turned her car around and asked her student questions and learned that his father was in trouble. She was impressed by Cameron's calmness, despite the drastic situation.

Seminar to teach
She then called the 911. They reached at the right time at Cameron's house, where his father was barely unconscious. After this incident, the principal at Ellen Woodside Elementary School held a seminar to teach the students how to make emergency calls on different phones.

Viral Video
The video was also uploaded on Facebook which went viral, with 37,000 views. Cameron's mother commented on the post showing her gratitude towards the help she received. This incident shows the bond of a teacher and her student. It definitely lives on beyond the walls on the classroom.
