Follow these steps:
- While sitting on the toilet, remove the middle adhesive of the pad and stick it to your underwear's cr*tch area.
- Make sure the pad provides full coverage of your vag*na's opening. Adjust the positioning of pad until you are perfectly comfortable.
- In case, the pad has wings, fold them over once the pad is properly positioned.
- Check your pad periodically and change it out once it's soaked through. Do not keep it for long.

- Place the used, soaked pads in a sealed bucket of soapy water.
- Once your period is over, wash all of the pads in your bucket with laundry detergent.(optional)
