These guys from The Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center which is basically a prison located at Philippines proved that talent exists everywhere. All you need is right amount of training to shine brighter!

#2 They Don't Care About Us
The group performed on Michael Jackson's "They Don't Care About Us" choreography from the "This Is It" film. Their moves and the entire formation was splendid. The group was led by Travis Payne and dancers Daniel Celebre and Dres Reid, both of who were Jackson's choreographers!
Byron Garcia, a security consultant says that these activities are not merely for entertainment purpose but for enhancing the discipline among the prisoners!

He said in one of his interviews, "I wanted to inform other jails about what was happening here." Garcia said exercise and dance programs within the prison helped curb discipline problems and violence among the inmates.
