True love story do exist in this world and here is one which is really beautiful. Jim Richardson who is 95 years old with his wife Irene who is 94 years old went to the Church to recreate their marriage on their 75th marriage anniversary.
Great Family!
When Jim was 20 and Irene was 19 year old, they met at a village dance, Jim proposed to Irene. They got married on 12 April 1944. They have four children, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Elderly Couple
Their grand daughter, Sandra Taylor planned something special on their 75th marriage anniversary. The couple held each other hands and went to the church and stood in the same position as they did when they got married the first time.
Same Time And Same Place
The ceremony was at St Michael’s CE church in Lancashire. The recreated marriage took place at 2 pm same time when they got married the first time. Their friends and family gathered and in front of everyone they took their vows.
The Couple Said,
They celebrated at home also. Jim said that he is proud of all of his family members and he could do all that again. Irene included, “You can always go to one another with your troubles. It has been a lovely life.â€
Evergreen Love Story
The couple at this age still enjoy each other company. Jim still drives and they both love to do gardening together. The couple is really adorable and it’s really heartwarming to see them together.
