#2 Bright Neon Dress
Kevin Elliott was killed in action in a Taliban ambush in Afghanistan five years ago. Barry Delaney is the man in question. Barry and Kevin were close friends. Barry turned more than a few heads when he wore a bright neon dress to the funeral of his friend, Kevin.
Everyone is wondering why exactly did Barry wore this dress. The reason will shock you. This is completely unexpected.

#1 The Reason
Barry was actually keeping a promise that he made to Elliot 3 years ago. Elliot, nervous about returning to Afghanistan, made a deal with Barry. If he was killed overseas, Delaney would have to wear a bright pink dress with green polka dots to his funeral.
This great friend kept his promise. Unable to find a pink dress with green polka dots, he selected a neon green dress with pink knee socks instead.
Things got really emotional when at the funeral, Barry knelt by Elliott's casket to ask if he liked the dress and became overwhelmed when he realized Elliott would never answer him. This is so touching. All of us should be proud of this man.
