#1 How You Do It
Ingredients:
1) 1tbsp of coconut oil
2) 0.5-1tsp (2 capsules) of turmeric powder
3) a bit of peppermint oil
Method:
1) Stir the mixture to make a thick paste.
2) Wet your toothbrush, dip it in and brush your teeth as you regularly would.
3) Let it sit for 4-5 minutes.
4) Spit the mixture out and rinse thoroughly.
