Some neighbors love having house parties and some just scream for no reason at 5 in the morning. This man encountered a similar type of neighbor.
He was annoyed by his neighbors and he just wanted to show them how irritating they are. This is when he came up with a plan.
He secretly recorded them for three years. And this video is outstanding.
