#3 30 day 'The Rock' Diet
Mark Webster got into a bit of a rut with his daily routine and decided it was time for change.
Since he had alway been a fan of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, he decided to challenge himself by training and eating for 30 days like 'The Rock.'
Webster says he admired Johnson's discipline and dedication and decided to see if he could walk in The Rock's shoes.
But Mark soon realized.....it was not easy in any way.

#2 And what he did....
Do you know how much Johnson eats every day? 5,000 calories a day. Yup that's right, that much.
The Rock's diet is spread across 7 meals and Mark followed the same. It was no easy park in the walk because Mark said he spent $42 a day on just food and in that $18 being spent purely on cod. So, by the end of his 30-day diet, Mark had spent $1,262 for the food itself.
That's not it, Webster spent an hour and a half every two or three days on meal prep to keep up with his hella demanding new diet.
Webster said, 'The biggest thing with the eating is the interruption of your day. Every few hours, you have to stop and eat again.'
As for the workout part, Mark followed The Rock's hour of cardio and ninety minutes of weight training for six days a week.
And the result?

#1 Muscles
Mark Webster documented his progress and says that he has lost no weight at all. But what he gained was muscle mass! A solid lot of it too! Marks says that his strength has gone up a good 10 to 15 percent.
About the diet, Mark says,"I'm 37, I got little aches and pains all the time but I have none of those anymore. I feel better than I did before I was doing this. My resting heart rate has dropped like four beats per minute over the past month. I feel fantastic.'
Mark also confessed that his new diet has made him gain a whole new level of respect for The Rock, 'The fact that he looks like this and trains like this every day of this life while making his movies, being on set 14 hours? That kind of discipline to me is absolutely amazing.'
His efforts even got the attention of The Rock himself!
Tip my hat to this guy. "Didn't do this to look like The Rock, but wanted to see if I could work as hard as him" âœ”ï¸ https://t.co/qH6UX28V5R
