34 Years without hearing
Sarah is a mother and a wife who had a condition because of which she was deaf. She lived 34 years without hearing anything. Imagine living without music and voices of your loved ones. She waited so long only to hear "I love you" From her husband or her oldest daughter. She wanted to hear not only the world but her world. She became aware of an implant that will help her listen and this was at least worth the try.
Mother-in-law stepped in
But this awesome technology also came with a big price tag and this is why she was a little worried because she couldn't afford this. It cost up to, $30,000 per ear. But she couldn't just buy even one. She discussed with her husband as to how to manage things to get this done. When this was all going on, her mother in law stepped in to help her hear again. She told Sarah that she'll help her purchase one of the hearing aid.

Sarah was lucky that she had the best mother-in-law in the world who in spite of knowing that the money will be taken straight from her retirement account, didn't hesitate to help her.
