#5 Baby Donkey Was Attacked
A group of wild animals attacked this poor tiny donkey leaving multiple deep bite wounds. This baby donkey got bewildered and the shock of the attack itself left her on the verge of death.
As the injured baby silently stood paralysed, in pain, her mum was heard calling out for help, making loud groans.
#4 Someone heard the groans
Someone nearby heard the deep loud sounds from the mother and on investigating she found the poor donkey bearing the pain bravely and fighting against it. She wasn’t sure what to do but tried to help by covering her in turmeric powder, to stop bleeding.
But it was when her friend advised her to contact the Animal Aid India for help and save her.
#3 Animal Aid Unlimited
Rescuers from Animal Aid Unlimited came to take the donkey to get treated and seeing her mother panic, worried that they were trying to take her baby away from her so, they took her along, too.
Her rescuers immediately set about treating her wounds with her mom nearby the entire time. After a while, she seemed to understand that these people were trying to save her baby, and she was no longer afraid.
#2 Recovered
Though the wounds were severe, she finally began to heal but with lots of love and attention and made a full recovery.
She was named Genevieve by her rescuers who loved watching her run and play with confidence — with her mom always close by.
