Citrus fruits and vegetables like oranges, lemons are of course rich in vitamin C. But, their acid levels might increase the chance of heartburns and so problems like gastritis & ulcers show up after long consumption. So, make you sure you avoid these foods in your very first meal!!

Sure spicy food makes a meal healthy but consuming them in the very beginning of the day causes heartburns and sometimes damage the gastric mucosa as well.

No doubt that having a banana is like boosting the levels of magnesium in your body to a great deal but..
Taking these in the early mornings is considered bad so why not take it with something else.. Say milk, nuts, honey ...
