A medical blunder here, if we may say so. A six-year-old girl, Abigail Taylor, had her internal organs partially sucked out from a pool drain. She needed treatment. She got the treatment and doctors were able to replace her organs but nine months later she died while receiving a transplant. Tragic, isn't it?

Although the scenes in Final Destination were far-fetched, there have been incidents in real life that are far more scary than any special effects featured in movies and this incident is one of them. The sole survivor of a 1977 plane crash that killed his entire basketball team was killed by a drunk driver a few weeks after. Sad, very sad!
#5 Fagilyu Mukhametzyanov
These stories are just sad. Human errors are to be blamed in such stories. Here, Fagilyu Mukhametzyanov woke up at her own funeral after wrongly being declared dead by doctors. When she woke up, she suffered from a heart attack from the shock and died. The sad part here is that you don't even know how to react here!!!

During the demolition of a textile factory in the Czech Republic, a flying piece of debris almost takes some guy's head off. Lucky for him that he survived...

Now this story is very chilling. This proves that it is nearly impossible to cheat death. Essica de Lima Rohl escaped a nightclub fire that killed 238 people after her boyfriend pleaded for her not to attend. One week later, she was killed in a terrible car accident. May her soul RIP.

And finally, a 9/11 story to end everything. Hilda Yolanda Mayol survived the 9/11 attacks. Unfortunately, two months later she died when American Airlines flight 587 crashed in New York. Now how spooky is that?
