They will really create havoc into your life until and unless you call the police like this guy who have a great set ready to make his neighbors live like a living hell.

There are some neighbors who like to trouble you a lot by creating and making noises which you don't like and they still do it with a smirk.

Neighbors can be really sneaking party where they will gossip about you like 24/7 but will still smile at you like nothing ha happened and they always try to get you into trouble so that they can get some entertainment.
Patriotic
There are some neighbors who are very patriotic as they will leave no stone to celebrate the 4th of July like the president is going to visit there house.
They Can Be Mean
They just want their home or their home site look beautiful and they will be so mean to you like this person whose house looks like partition had already begun.
Both Have Different Ideologies
Well, neighbors can be really mean sometimes but this is beyond crazy where people try to put welcome doormat but their neighbor thought of doing in a different way.
