#9 Victor Harry Feguer (1935 – March 15, 1963)
For his last meal, Feguer requested a single olive with the pit still in it. On March 14, 1963, Feguer sat in an all-night vigil with a Roman Catholic priest. Between 4 and 5 in the morning of March 15, Feguer was given a new suit for his execution. Two guards escorted him to the gallows, and he was hanged at dawn.
The witnesses included an Associated Press journalist and John Ely, then a member of the Iowa House of Representatives, whose witnessing of the execution reinforced his opposition to the death penalty, leading him to work to abolish the state death penalty in Iowa, which occurred in 1965, but which had no effect on the federal law under which Feguer had been executed.

Timothy McVeigh, the Oklahoma City bomber, requested two pints of mint chocolate chip ice cream as his last meal before he was executed by lethal injection in Indiana.
#7 John Wayne Gacy Jr. (March 17, 1942 – May 10, 1994)
John Wayne Gacy was put to death in Illinois by lethal injection at the age of 52. He was sentenced to death for rape and 33 counts of murder. For his last meal, Gacy requested 12 fried shrimp, a bucket of original recipe KFC, French fries, and a pound of strawberries. Prior to being convicted, Gacy managed three KFC restaurants.

#6 Aileen Carol Wuornos (February 29, 1956 – October 9, 2002)
Aileen Wuornos, one of the better known female serial killers, was found guilty of killing seven men and was executed in Florida in 2002. Wuornos, who was the subject of the movie Monster, declined a final meal, opting instead for black coffee.
#5 Stephen Wayne Anderson (July 8, 1953 – January 29, 2002)
On July 24, 1981, a San Bernardino County jury sentenced Anderson to death. His last meal before the execution was two grilled cheese sandwiches with radishes, one pint of cottage cheese, a hominy/corn mixture, one slice of peach pie, and one pint of chocolate chip ice cream. On January 29, 2002, Anderson was executed by lethal injection at San Quentin State Prison. He was pronounced dead at 12:30 a.m. Pacific Time.
#4 Ronnie Lee Gardner (January 16, 1961 – June 18, 2010)
Gardner ate the last meal of steak, lobster tail, apple pie, vanilla ice cream and 7-Up, before beginning a 48-hour fast while watching The Lord of the Rings film trilogy and reading Divine Justice. According to his lawyers, the fast was motivated by "spiritual reasons."
Gardner was visited by an LDS bishop and his family before his execution. Gardner walked voluntarily to his place of execution. When asked if he had any last words, he responded, "I do not, no.
#3 Ricky Ray Rector (January 12, 1950 – January 24, 1992)
For his last meal, Rector- mentally incapacitated during his time on death row, his defence team argued- requested steak, fried chicken, cherry Kool-Aid, and pecan pie. He left the pecan pie behind, though, telling a guard that he was "saving it for later."

#1 Joseph Mitchell "Yogi" Parsons (July 22, 1964 – October 15, 1999)
On the evening before his execution, Parsons watched The Mummy and was visited in his deathwatch cell by his brother and his cousin.
They shared his last meal of Burger King hamburgers, French fries, milkshakes, root beer, and chocolate chip ice cream. Parsons' attorney said he believed his client chose this meal because the Burger King slogan "Have it your way" was a reflection of him taking control of his life.
