A see through house, really? They literally have nothing to hide in this completely transparent house. It seems kind of odd and scary to spend a few nights in the see-through house located in Tokyo, Japan. It was built by Sou Fujimoto Architects, inspired by our ancient predecessors who inhabited trees. The home owners for sure have a lot of day light but zero privacy. Even the people who live inside can see where they are every time. Wait, what about there bathrooms?

A dream house for all the skaters. The PAS house is the first house designed to be used for skateboarding, but also for dwelling. The Skateboard House is the project of a private residence, and it is built in Malibu, California. In this house residents can skate any areas and surfaces, in and outside. The client and visionary of the project is Pierre Andre Senizergues (PAS), a former World champion and Pro Skater and the founder of Etnies.

A very different place to make your house. This tower was built nearly 100 years ago, and was once even used as a Nazi hide-out during the World War 2. The house is a 100-feet high water tower that was in service till 1990. The Bham Design Studio started developing this tower renovation project in 2007, and eventually it ended up being a single family apartment, structured on five floors. The terrace on the top floor offers a beautiful panorama, overlooking the Belgian village of Steenokkerzeel.

If u ask me about my favorite in the list then that definitely has to be this wonder house. This single-story structure home with it's rocky interior looks was made to completely resemble the prehistoric home of Fred Flinstone. Television legend Dick Clark owned this place but then decided to sell it for $3.5 million. This real-world version of the Flintstones home has one bedroom and two bathrooms, a fireplace and several glass windows offering views of the Serrano Valley, the Boney Mountains, the Channel Islands and the Pacific Ocean. It is located in Miami, Florida.

Keep sliding and keep living. This is perfect if the owners have small children, but even adults can't resist this lovely house with slides. Japanese Studio LEVEL Architects has designed this unusual three-story family house with a slide that connects all three floors. This fun house contains with staircases and a corridor on one side, and the slide on the other side, which together form a circular route around the central area of the place. It is extremely fun to slide down to the living room instead to walk down the stairs. The owners would probably never get bored at home.

This reminds me of stone age era. You wouldn't even consider that this rock can actually be a home in which people live. Only the rooftop can make you wonder what is going on, but then if you go around it you will see a door, a chimney and windows. It is a great tourist attraction in the country.

Yes, it exists! Probably, the coolest of all. This house was designed by the Berlin-based architect Van Bo Le-Mentzel and founder of Hartz IV Mobel. It is called "One-Sqm-House" and is probably the smallest house in the world. It is a do-it-yourself wooden structure, with only one square meter of space and can be used as a dwelling place, mobile kiosk or even an extra room inside your apartment. It has a flipping mechanism, so it can be used both vertically and horizontally. It has a wooden frame, slide window and a lockable door. The house weighs only 40 kilos and has wheels, so can be moved around easily, or maybe even lift it in your own arms.
