The next posture in the list is The Leaning Tower. This posture is one of the worst positions you can be in. Almost six out of 10 women with this posture already suffer from back pain and three out of ten suffer daily pain. This is due to the wrong position wherein woman's head leans forward as shown in the image. So check how you stand in the Mirror right now.

In case, you stand in the same posture, change it asap. This can cause you life long back problems. Even notice how your friends stand. Ask them to make changes too if required.

Bridge position is the next position you should definitely avoid. This is a very dangerous posture for your back and is regarded as the worst one to cause you a lifelong back pain. In this position women tend to have an arched back, which means they have an exaggerated inward curve in the lower back creating a "Donald Duck" posture. This is also known as 'hyperlordosis'. The final posture in the list is Flat-Pack position. Needless to mention that even this position is very dangerous and you seriously should take care and avoid this position. Women, who keep their backs flat, mostly don't suffer from back pains. This posture can be called as flat-pack. It has been reported that such ladies have never been through back or neck pains.
