#flexfriday This goes out to @fitnessuniversetour This year I will be going as a coach instead of competing since this girl is prego! I can't tell you how much I love watching from the audience but I also love competing! Look at the picture here. She has better abs than most of the men out there. She looks perfect and is in eminent shape.
#5 As Fit As A Fiddle
It's not only her abs but even her muscles are popular among the fitness freaks. Her Instagram pictures are appreciated by people in each and every corner of the world.
Stacie is almost a perfect female bodybuilder. But have you wondered what happened with her body once she got pregnant? Trust me, after looking at this, you'll be inspired.
Keep reading ahead to see how she looked post pregnancy.
As soon as she got to know about her pregnancy, Stacie shared the news with her followers on Instagram with this cute picture. Most of her followers wanted to know about her post pregnancy workout.
Obviously, she lost her shape after pregnancy but her knack of being fit was still the same. She still did everything possible to stay fit.
#3 Her Pictures Post Pregnancy
Realistically, Stacie has more knowledge about nutrition than most of the new doctors out there. It's important to eat right to stay fit.
In an interview she said, "My doctor told me all I needed was an extra 200 calories per day, none of this 'eating for two' stuff. I wanted to make sure they were clean calories. I take in either a bigger breakfast or lunch and a smaller dinner. I'll have an Isagenix shake, adding blueberries, chia and flax seeds, frozen berries, ice, water, coconut oil and powdered peanut butter. That takes it from 270 calories to more than 400 calories."
#2 Weight During Pregnncy
According to her, gaining weight during pregnancy is normal. In fact, it is healthy to gain weight during pregnancy as a new life is surviving inside you.
She further adds, "Listening to the doctors and making sure you are on track is all you need. Don't let someone else's negativity ruin your day or even stress you out during your own pregnancy. One person may gain 15 pounds and the next may gain 100 pounds; everyone is different. You can only compare yourself to who you were yesterday."
Every pregnant lady goes through this. Here are Stacie's comparison pictures across the weeks so you can see the slow, Pangaea-like crawl of her abdominal muscles and their growth.
She also added "My husband thinks I need to eat more. And I can, and I do, but I do it in moderation."
Ladies, if a fitness genius like Stacie Venagro isn't afraid of growing a belly during pregnancy and considers weight gain very normal, there's no reason why you should be afraid of this very natural process. In case you aren't a fitness maniac, look at her and Learn!
