The first one in the list is 1943 Penny. This coin was minted back during world war 2. The 1943 penny was instead supposed to be made from zinc-coated steel. Some copper pennies slipped through, but only about 40 copper pennies from 1943 are known to exist. Just imagine how lucky you will be if you have this coin. A copper 1943 penny was sold for $1 million in 2012. Incredible, isn't it?

2004 Wisconsin quarter's worth is far more than what you can imagine. Denver Mint made a couple of variants of the 2004 run of Wisconsin quarters. Both these variants have something in common. Both of them involve an extra leaf on a corn stalk, so you'll have to look closely. Although the net worth of this coin isn't as high as 1943 penny's but still collectors have been known to pay anywhere from $100 to a maximum of $1499. Now that's not a bad deal for a tiny simple coin, is it?
#6 1995 Double-Die Penny
This is one of those coins that you won't even pick up if you found it lying on road. These coins got the double-die treatment. Chances are high that you might earn a morning meal if you have these coins as they are still in circulation, so keep an eye out, because they can fetch anywhere from $20 to about $50 depending on the condition.
#5 2005 Kansas Quarter
There is an error in this coin. The first "T" in "In God We Trust" is faint, so it appears to read "In God We Rust". It's not uncommon for grease in dies to cause faint strikes, but to cause it to spell out another word is such a cool coincidence that these quarters have been known to fetch $100. Now this is some good money.
#4 1948-63 Ben Franklin Half-Dollar
Now this coin is very difficult to find. Half dollar coins aren't really circulated in the market anymore. They were made from 90% silver, so what was formerly worth all of fifty cents can now bring in up to $275. So start checking in your collection if you have this one. You never know you might just get lucky.
#3 1942-45 Silver Nickels
Another world war 2 coin. Due to the war, it became necessary for governments then to mend more and more coins with different available metals. Between 1942 and 1945, nickel went into armor plating rather than coins, so nickels were composed of 56% copper, 35% silver, and 9% manganese. The value of these coins won't knock your socks off, but even if you only get $3 for one, that's still 60 times the face value! How cool is that?
#2 1932-64 Silver Quarters
These very old coins contain contain 90% silver, and sell for anywhere between $4 and $9 depending on condition and, for a couple of rare pressings, as much as $80. These coins are really old and are rarely found today.
