Meals of South Asian kids is extremely healthy. Soup is also a staple in many Asian diets, with the Chinese often using various healthy items, like goji berries, lemongrass, and ginger to give the soup an extra kick. That's healthy!
Serving smaller portions instead of full courses
Most of the kids are not made to over eat or waste the food. Meals are broken up into moderate parts, usually rice, vegetables, miso, and fish or meat. Added to that, measures are taken to focus on locally grown food. That's healthy!
Wearing surgical masks
Kids in Asia do not shy away from wearing surgical masks in public to keep all the germs at bay!
Preventing kids from reading too closely
This is one of the healthiest habits for our eyes. Every country should practice this with their kids!
