There's a popular saying,'the grass is always greener on the other side.'
This saying has got more to do with the mindset of the people rather than what is actually on the other side. And when speaking of immigrants I think this saying holds true in a way. It means that the immigrants come, away from their home....their family to a land unknown to them in so many ways, not for themselves but for their childern. There's a lot of reasons as to why they do this but the end result remains the same...they immigrate to escape the hardships of their home country in search of a better future. And America being the epitome of all that is great, good and successful is the ultimate destiny of many.
No matter who these people are....they are human and as humans it is our duty to look after them.
Mexico and America......
Even if you have been living under a rock, you would heard about the recently elected 45th President Of The United States....Donald Trump.
And the next thought that comes into your mind after the most insane comments to be ever made by a man running for President for one of the most powerful nations in the world, is 'the wall that was promised.'
Before the election, we had two probable presidential candidates, one who wanted to build a huge wall to keep anything and everything from Mexico out and the other was for making it easier for separated families to reunite once in a while. The former won.
So, Dear President Trump I have a request to make....
Please don't build that wall.
There are other ways to regulate immigration other than building a wall that will largely affect the ecosystem in that environment.
These people don't want to come into America, all they want is a chance to see their family, hold their dear ones close and be a family for just a little while.
Please watch this video, you are one of the most powerful leaders in the world, I hope you will rise up to the occasion.
