When the topic of importance of mental illness was aroused, the former Manchester United fame Rio Ferdinand had inquired him about his mental state when he lost his mother at a very tender age and how he'd dealt with the situation to get over it.

The 31 years old says "It's ok to suffer, as long as you talk about it. It's not a weakness. Weakness is having a problem and not recognizing it and not solving that problem."
He said he regrets never discussing about it before, "A lot of people think if you've got a job, if you've got financial security, if you've got a family, you've got a house, all that sort of stuff, everyone seems to think that is all you need and you are absolutely fine to deal with stuff."
