This Is The Diet That You Should Follow If you Wanna Lose Weight
Losing weight is not easy and all of us know that. A general myth is that not eating more food will help you out which isn't the case. Not eating wouldn't help but eating right would.
Following a strict diet for a specific period of time will help you shed extra fat and get rid of those tires around you.
#4 Day 1 Diet
Look at the picture here. Only have this for breakfast...
Lunch: 1c coffee or tea with caffeine, 1/2c tuna, 1 slice bread/toast. Dinner: 3oz of any type of meat, 1c green beans, 1 small apple, 1/2 banana, and 1c vanilla ice cream.

#3 Day 2 Diet
The second day is crucial as well. For breakfast, have 1 egg cooked how you like, 1 slice of bread, half a banana.
Look at the image, have this for lunch. For dinner, have two hot dogs (not to be served in a bun), 1c broccoli, 1/2c carrots, half a banana, and 1/2c vanilla ice cream.
#2 Day 3 Diet
For breakfast, have five saltine crackers, a slice of cheddar cheese, and one small apple. For lunch, have 1 egg cooked how you like, and one slice of bread/toast.
