The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren is a grand tourer car jointly developed by Mercedes-Benz and McLaren Automotive, built in Portsmouth and the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey, England and sold from 2003 to 2010. When it was developed, German manufacturer Mercedes-Benz owned 40 percent of the McLaren Group.

The Saleen S7 is a limited-production, hand-built, high-performance American grand tourer developed jointly by Steve Saleen for the initial concept and direction, Hidden Creek Industries for resources and initial funding, Phil Frank for the body and interior CAD design and development, and Ray Mallock Ltd. for the chassis engineering. It was the only car produced by Saleen not based on an existing chassis.
Company founder Steve Saleen says the car creates so much downforce that it could drive upside down at high speeds. Instead of a rearview mirror, you have a rear-mounted camera and a monitor on the dash, and the driver's seat is set four inches in from the driver's door — making for a cozy ride with your passenger.

The Enzo Ferrari is a 12 cylinder mid-engine berlinetta named after the company founder, Enzo Ferrari.
The interior of the Enzo almost looks half-finished, with leather upholstery covering only the front of the carbon-fiber seats and rubber mats resting on the bare carbon-fiber floor.
The effect is as if you're peering into an engineering lab. Because it's no longer in production, the Enzo reportedly fetches around $1 million at auction or when sold privately.

SSC Aero is an American-built mid-engine sports car by SSC North America. The higher-performance limited-production version formerly held the Guinness Book of World Records record for being the fastest production car in the world.
The first Ultimate Aero was the fourth car to come from SSC's Washington facilities. Unlike the Twin-Turbo prototypes, SSC supercharged this model and offered the twin-turbochargers as an option. With the engine punched out to 6.5-liters and a boost of 14 psi, 1200 bhp was possible.

Leblanc is a Zürich based Swiss car manufacturer. It makes modified high-performance automobiles in very low quantities. The company is just beginning to enter the American market.
It has 700 horsepower engine, It can hit speeds upward of 220 mph on the track.
Company Web site says: "Almost every customer demand can be fulfilled. Even the installation of a modern Formula One engine is possible."

Price: $1.4 million Aston Martin One-77 first appeared at the 2008 Paris Motor Show, although the car remained mostly covered by a "Savile Row tailored skirt" throughout the show, before being fully revealed at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show, and deliveries from the beginning of 2011.

Lamborghini Reventon is a mid-engine sports car that debuted at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show. It was the most expensive Lamborghini road car until the Lamborghini Veneno was launched, costing two million dollars.
Lamborghini Reventon goes from zero to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds.

The Pagani Zonda is a supercar built by the Italian manufacturer Pagani. It debuted in 1999, and production ended in 2011, with three special edition cars, the Zonda 760RS, Zonda 760LH and the Zonda 764 Passione, being produced in 2012. By June 2009, 135 Zondas had been built, including test mules. Both 2-door coupe and roadster versions have been produced. Construction is mainly of carbon fiber.

Koenigsegg CCX is a mid-engined sports car built by Koenigsegg Automotive AB. The project began with the aim of making a global car, designed and engineered to comply with global safety and environment regulations, particularly to enter the United States car market.
Koenigsegg CCXR is environmentally friendly; it burns either gasoline or ethanol. It also has so-called dihedral synchro-helix actuation doors, which flip up and forward when opened.
